01 · FDM
Extrusion process (FDM)
Durable functional parts, brackets and prototypes — from standard plastics to technical composite materials.
- Nozzles 0.2 · 0.4 (standard) · 0.6 · 0.8 mm
- Layer height 0.05–0.30 mm (nozzle-dependent, up to 0.60 mm)
- Multi-colour & multi-material printing (PLA, PETG)
- Standard: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU
- Technical: PA-CF, PA-GF, PA12, PA6/Nylon, PC
- Dimensional accuracy approx. ±0.2–0.5 mm (geometry-dependent)
- Special filaments on request (slightly longer delivery time)

Resin (mSLA)
Finest details and smooth surfaces — and with technical resins, dimensionally stable functional prototypes. Incl. washing and curing.

- Resolution 50 µm (Premium) · 19 µm (Standard, 12K)
- Premium technical resins: more precise than FDM (higher price)
