From load-bearing functional components to the finest miniatures — manufactured with FDM and MSLA/Resin in workshop quality. Every part is inspected, cleaned, post-processed, and manufactured in Germany.

Process & Possibilities

FDM & Resin — Function, Detail, and Precision.

01 · FDM

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

Load-bearing functional parts, brackets, and prototypes made from PLA, PETG, ABS, and ASA. Stable, cost-effective, in large build volumes — billed by mass (€/kg).

  • Nozzles 0.2 · 0.4 (standard) · 0.6 · 0.8 mm
  • Layer height 0.05–0.30 mm (nozzle-dependent, up to 0.60 mm)
  • Multi-colour & multi-material printing (PLA, PETG)
  • Standard: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU
  • Technical: PA-CF, PA-GF, PA12, PA6/Nylon, PC
  • Dimensional accuracy approx. ±0.2–0.5 mm (geometry-dependent)
  • Special filaments on request (slightly longer delivery time)

02 · MSLA / Resin

Resin (MSLA)

Finest details and smooth surfaces for miniatures, jewellery, dental, and design parts. Selectable as Premium for highest detail fidelity or Standard for affordable prints — billed by volume (€/L), incl. washing and curing.

  • Layer height 0.025 · 0.05 · 0.10 · 0.16 · 0.20 mm (resin-dependent)
  • Resolution 50 µm (Premium) · 19 µm (Standard, 12K)
  • Premium technical resins: more precise than FDM (higher price)
  • Technical: Tough/ABS-like, Rigid (glass fibre), High Temp 238 °C, Flexible, Castable
  • High dimensional accuracy — including dimensionally accurate functional prototypes
  • Incl. Washing & Curing · Billed by Volume (€/L)

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

What file formats can I upload?

STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP/STP. Don't have a printable file? Send us drawings or photos, a brief description instead — or send in a part to be replicated.

What does a print cost?

The price depends on the material, size, process, and effort involved. You won't see an automatic price beforehand: we will review your request and send a binding quote — you only pay after your approval.

How long does it take?

You will usually receive a reviewed quote within 1–2 working days. The production time depends on the order (material, size, quantity) and will be stated in the quote.

What processes do you offer?

FDM for durable functional parts (including technical materials, multi-colour & multi-material possible) and MSLA/Resin for the finest details and smooth surfaces — in standard and premium quality.

Can I have an existing part replicated?

Yes. Submit a 'Send-in' request; once we have accepted it, you will receive our shipping address. We will digitise or construct the part and print a replica.

What happens to my data and models?

Your details, files, and models will be processed exclusively for handling your request and stored securely — GDPR compliant. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

Ready for your component?

Upload your model — free of charge and without obligation. You will receive a reviewed quote and only pay after approval.
